NextDayContacts.com strives to ship your contacts as fast as humanly possible. Our goal is to have your contact lenses delivered to your doorstep by the next business day.
Here are the shipping times and days you can expect your order to ship and arrive.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on the weekends at this time.
- Orders placed after 3 pm CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on Fridays before 3 pm CT will arrive on Monday.
- Orders placed after 3 pm CT on Friday – Sunday are shipped on Monday and will arrive Tuesday.
P.O. Box and Military base orders are routed to the USPS. It generally takes more time to deliver to these address. It is recommended that you use an alternative address for fastest shipping if possible.
Normally, you can expect that your order will arrive on time. However, things happen that are outside the scope of what we can control.
The following external factors might affect delivery times. We have to mention them just in case.

- UPS driver decides it’s not safe to leave a package
In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or otherwise undelivered, we will file a lost package claim with UPS. From there, we may resend the package with a signature required label, or ship the package to the closest UPS location nearest to the shipping address.
We require that undelivered packages be reported within 24 hours. Waiting for a long period of time to report a package with next day shipping raises a red flag with the carrier, and makes the claims process difficult.
The 24 hour period does not include weekends or holidays. Therefore, if your package is missing and the next day is a weekend or holiday, we do not count this time period within that 24 hour window.

Disputes – If a package is missing, our policy requires that you inform us prior to issuing a dispute with your bank. This gives us the opportunity to correct the issue. Remember, once we ship a package, the carrier is responsible for delivery. The majority of orders arrive on time. However, sometimes delays or errors can happen. Regardless, we insist on being afforded the opportunity to reship / refund orders that are undelivered.
If you have had issues in your area with stolen or lost packages, try to be home to accept the package. Alternatively, We can have your contacts shipped to your place of employment. We can ship your contacts anywhere in the United States.
A valid contact lens prescription is required to ship your order. It is preferable to upload an image of your prescription. When you upload an image of your prescription we are able to verify and validate instantly. This allows us to ship you contacts right away.
You may order contacts without an uploaded image of your prescription. However, we are required by law to verify the prescription with your doctors office. This process may delay processing up to 24 hours, Once the order is verified we will ship you order next day shipping.
Once an order is picked up and scanned by UPS, the system will send an automatic tracking link. Please note, sometimes there is a delay in the two systems as it pertains to updates. You may receive an email with a tracking link that has no information. This is normal and will update
