COVID-19 Notice – The majority of all of our orders are being package, shipped, and delivered on time. However, we have seen a few orders delay a day or two.  Please understand this is simply because UPS is processing many more orders than normal demands. We continue to do our best to deliver on time and prioritize the health and well being of our customers. strives to ship your contacts as fast as humanly possible.  Our goal is to have your contact lenses delivered to your doorstep by the next business day.  

Here are the shipping times and days you can expect your order to ship and arrive.

  • Orders are processed and shipped  Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on the weekends at this time.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays before 3 pm CT will arrive on Monday.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm CT on Friday – Sunday are shipped on Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

P.O. Box and Military base orders are routed to the USPS. It generally takes more time to deliver to these address.  It is recommended that you use an alternative address for fastest shipping if possible.

Normally, you can expect that your order will arrive on time.  However, things happen that are outside the scope of what we can control.

The following external factors might affect delivery times. We have to mention them just in case.

  • Inclement weather
  • Flight Delays 
  • Traffic Accidents
  • Holidays 
  • UPS driver decides it’s not safe to leave a package
  • Protest
  • COVID-19
In the event that a package is lost or stolen, we will file a lost package claim with UPS.  From there, we will resend the package with a signature required label.
We require that lost packages be reported within 24 hours.  Waiting for a long period of time to report a package with next day shipping raises a red flag with the carrier, and makes the claims process difficult.
If you have had issues in your area with stolen or lost packages, try to be home to accept the package. 
Alternatively, We can have your contacts shipped to your place of employment. We can ship your contacts anywhere in the United States.

A valid contact lens prescription is required to ship your order. It is preferable to upload an image of your prescription.  When you upload an image of your prescription we are able to verify and validate instantly. This allows us to ship you contacts right away.

You may order contacts without an uploaded image of your prescription. However, we are required by law to verify the prescription with your doctors office. This process may delay processing up to 24 hours, Once the order is verified we will ship you order next day shipping.

Once an order is picked up and scanned by UPS, the system will send an automatic tracking link.  Please note, sometimes there is a delay in the two systems as it pertains to updates.  You may receive an email with a tracking link that has no information. This is normal and will update

Always follow your Doctor’s instructions.  In the event you can not see out of your contacts. Remove your contact lenses and contact your doctor’s office right away. We can not be held liable for the misuse of contact lenses, contact lens solutions, or over wearing your contact lenses. Again, please consult with your eye doctor in the event you are having issues with your contact lenses. 
Returns – You may return contact lenses within 30 days. We will send you a shipping label via email. Simply print the email and ship the contacts back to us.
Refunds– We honor refunds up to 30 days after a purchase is made. Simply return any unopened boxes.
Exchanges– Sometimes your prescription changes. In the event your prescription changes, we will swap your contacts for your new prescription.
To process a request for any of the above mentioned, simply contact us and complete the request.
